Forest Swartout Large, Executive producer at IO Interactive, gives you an introduction to production from her perspective and clears up some of the main misconceptions of what the production work includes.
Based on her extensive experience from working with Hitman, Tomb Raider, Photo-real fur rendering, Limbo, Inside, the first Unity title on Xbox and more, Forest gives you an insight into how to work with teams. Especially on how to, as the producer, establish and develop effective, inclusive and resilient teams.
The lecture consists of a talk and dialogue based on your questions and current experiences.
The lecture is relevant to all working within and with teams, especially in the creative industries where people of different backgrounds merge together in the process of creating products og artifacts.
